I tested a good/working Ford Ranger blower resistor and recorded the resistance test results so that you can compare them to.

You're not going to see the exact same resistance values from your Ford Ranger's blower resistor and that's normal. The important thing to remember is that if your multimeter shows you a NO continuity test result (indicated by the letters OL on your digital multimeter), the resistor block is bad and needs to be replaced.
