Blower Resistor Continuity Specification Tables

How To Test The Blower Motor Resistor (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 2.4L DOHC Chrysler Sebring, Sebring Convertible. 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 2.4L DOHC Dodge Stratus)

I tested a blower motor resistor assembly and recorded my results to further help you in troubleshooting a bad blower motor resistor assembly on your 2001-2004 2.4L DOHC Chrysler Sebring or Dodge Stratus.

NOTE: You're probably not gonna' see the exact same results from your test. You'll probably see a ±2 Ohms difference and this is normal. The result that'll tell you that the blower motor resistor is bad is a no-continuity test result between any 2 terminals.

Terminal Terminal Resistance
1 2 0.1-0.2 Ohms
1 3 0.6 Ohms
1 4 1.1 Ohms
1 5 2.1 Ohms
3 4 0.9 Ohms
4 5 1.3 Ohms
