How To Test The Blower Motor Resistor (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 2.7L V6 Chrysler Sebring, Sebring Convertible. 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 2.7L V6 Dodge Stratus)

I tested a blower motor resistor assembly and wrote down the resistance values I got to further help you troubleshoot the blower motor resistor block on your 2.7L V6 Chrysler Sebring and 2.7L V6 Dodge Stratus.

NOTE: The resistance values you'll get from testing the blower motor resistor block on your 2.7L V6 Chrysler Sebring or 2.7L V6 Dodge Stratus may not be exactly the same but will be very similar. The important thing to remember is that a no-continuity resistance reading (usually indicated by the letters OL on digital multimeters or a reading in the K Ohms range) means that the blower motor resistor block is defective.

Terminal Terminal Resistance
1 2 0.1-0.2 Ohms
1 3 0.6 Ohms
1 4 1.1 Ohms
1 5 2.1 Ohms
3 4 0.9 Ohms
4 5 1.3 Ohms
